Boo on Easter basket

Last week I was so excited to have ordered her Easter basket. The basket got shipped Friday but not the liner. The liner was the main thing I wanted so I was going to cancel my order. Turns out they had it in stock and it also showed as being shipped. So Tuesday when the basket came I thought maybe the liner would be with it as well. Nope, it wasn't. I called again yesterday and there was a problem with the liner fabric (they had gotten a shipment or so they said) and it was not suitable to be sold. Long story short, I sent the basket back and completely cancelled my order. I must say that I have been really impressed with the pottery barn kids customer service. They were very helpful and tried their best to find out what was going on. They are going to pick up the basket today and give us a full refund which I thought was pretty nice. When I told mom it had been cancelled, her reply was "well I can embroider her name on it for her" If she had told me that before I would have never even ordered it!!!! She knew I was going to but never said a word LOL.


I think I am going to send them an email right now about how great their customer service was.
